“Mini Movers Dance is a dance based movement to music class aimed at pre-school children (0-5years) attending with their parent/carer. The session provides an excellent opportunity for parent / toddler interaction through physical activity, actions and songs based on well-known nursery rhymes.

Improves balance, co-ordination, movement/ mobility and rhythm
Helps develop speech, imagination, memory and social skills
Encourages interaction with other children
Builds confidence through repetition
Allows children to display creativity
